Costs and Fees

The registration fee includes:

  • Participation in the School,
  • Accommodation (half-board: breakfast and lunch)
  • Social dinner.

Partecipation fees:

  • 600.00 € -  arrival on July 12, departure on July 18 (accommodation in a double room)
  • arrival on July 12, departure on July 18Although not encouraged, it is possible to attend only one of the two School modules. In this case:
    • €350.00 (double room)
  • Due to ongoing renovation work, a very limited number of single rooms is available. Interested participants should contact the CEUB Secretariat directly. In this case, the fees are:
    • €780.00 for the full School
    • €500.00 for a single module

How-to-Apply

The registration consists of a two-step procedure:

  1. Pre - registration
    • By June 12th 2026: Fill in the form before this deadline to submit your application to the School.
    • School coordinators will examine applications to avoid overbooking.
    • By June 15th 2026: You will receive an acceptance/rejection email and instructions for the final registration.
  2. Registration
    • By June 19th 2026: Complete the final registration and pay the fee.

Certified Final Exam

At the end of the School, it will be possible to take a certified exam. If passed successfully, the certification can be used by students to obtain the corresponding ECTS credits from their PhD programs, or to meet other academic requirements of their home universities.

All the partecipants will be granted with a certificate of attendance to the school.
